xtricate was founded by a group of senior dynamics consultants in 2014 based in different countries in southeast asia. we all shared the idea of wanting focus on supporting and helping existing dynamics customers, rather than running from one new implementation to the next and not having enough time to support existing customers proactively.
the idea hit the ground running. we have grown our team to 45 professional dynamics consultants, based in 8 countries, supporting around 250 companies in 20 countries. just by the word of mouth and recommendations from other customers and business partners, without any sales team or marketing involved.
irrespective of all our achievements, in the end what matters most is if our customers and consultants make a good team together, communicate openly (and honestly), take responsibility and deal with each other respectfully. in xtricate we go an extra mile to prove our commitment to this.
