as a financial consultant of the xtricate consulting team you will focus on delivery of financial and functional aspects of microsoft dynamics NAV and business central. ability to manage support and deliverables from inception to customer signoff and meeting agreed upon project milestones is key. this position will be also be engaged for business analysis, scope of work and requirements definition, estimating, solution design and product demonstrations. successful candidates will be self-motivated and driven to exceed customer satisfaction standards. they will also possess a strong, professional work ethic and good team management skills to support their regular onsite client interactions.
job responsibilities
manage dynamics NAV/business central related projects or demonstrations (participate in discovery, design, planning deployment)
understand client user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement setups and adjustment
handling and documenting customer 1st and 2nd level support requests document financial business requirements and functional specifications
analyze client business process and recommend way to improve or re-engineer for optimum performance in compliance with local laws
manage client expectations, the project team (internal and external) and provide great customer service
setup MIS/KPI reports
provide data migration and conversion services
provide application trainings to client users
work with application developers during development and testing phases
setup and configure dynamics NAV/business central for customer environment
preparing project and solution documentation
provide how-to content for xtricate social media
Requirements
degree in business administration or accounting
excellent written and verbal communication skills
self-motivated and self-responsible, with good team and customer management skills
strong microsoft office application skills
ability to identify user requirements and translate into defined specifications
financial services work experiences and good user knowledge of ERP software is an asset
knowledge of business process financial, procurement, product manufacturing and distribution sales and customer service
willing to travel as required for customer engagement
